🌟New Group Class🌟 ~ Prenatal Yoga🤰🏻
I am glad to announce the upcoming «&nbsp;Prenatal Yoga&nbsp;» group classes at the @kravmagaluxembourg in Bereldange, which will begin the 21.02.2024, every Wednesday from 9:00 to 10:30.
I welcome every pregnant woman to the prenatal Yoga who wishes to support herself during pregnancy considering ➡️ body - breath - mind.🤰🏽✨
💪🏼 Physically, several Asanas will be introduced to strengthen essential muscles needed during the journey and several poses to relieve tensions, like the common back pain.
🌬️ Diﬀerent breathing techniques will support you to use the breath as a supporting tool, to relax, to vitalise as well as to control the breath any time needed.
🧘🏼‍♀️The mediation part will focus to relax on diﬀerent levels as well as to connect to yourself and the womb.

Prenatal Yoga Group Class

The team of trainers at youth hostel Echternach invites children aged 9 to 12 to take part in exciting climbing courses, regardless of their previous experience. The courses will take place from 26 September 2024 to 03 April 2025 outside the Luxembourg school holidays. Koala kids are welcome every Thursday from 16:00 to 17:30. No previous climbing experience is required. The courses are held in Luxembourgish and German and offer the children the opportunity to acquire new skills and boost their self-confidence. As the number of participants is limited, please enrol in advance &nbsp;&nbsp;

Koala Kids climbing course - adventure and fun for 9-12 year old beginners and advanced climbers!

From 9th January, the team of instructors at youth hostel Echternach will be offering climbing courses for children, whether they are beginners or advanced climbers. Registration is possible for one or both terms. The course is for children aged 6 to 8 and takes place on Thursdays from 13.30 to 14.30 and from 14.45 to 
15.45. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
No previous climbing experience is necessary. The courses are held in Luxembourgish and German and offer children the opportunity to develop new skills and increase their self-confidence. As the number of participants is limited, early registration is recommended. &nbsp;&nbsp;

Mini Koala climbing course - Adventure and fun for 6-8 year old kids

Experience two exciting hours of archery under the professional guidance of our 
experienced instructor. In small groups of a maximum of 10 participants, we 
offer optimum supervision for anyone over the age of 12. The training takes 
place in our own sports hall.&nbsp;

Prenatal yoga – Birth and Motherhood

Even months after giving birth and completing postpartum physiotherapy, many mothers continue to feel the effects of pregnancy, such as weakened abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, tension, and back pain. Added to this are sleep interruptions and fatigue, making physical and mental recovery even more challenging.
This 6-week yoga course, is designed for mothers who have already completed traditional postpartum rehabilitation. 
 In a supportive and welcoming environment, participants will strengthen their core, back, and pelvic floor muscles through gentle yet effective yoga practices. The program also includes breathing and relaxation techniques to help improve sleep quality and manage stress.

Kamellebuttek Group Exhibition

On Saturday, 22nd March 2025, the team at youth 
hostel Luxembourg City invites you to a special event: a guided evening tour 
through the charming capital that is suitable for the whole family. After the walk, 
participants can enjoy a delicious three-course vegetarian candlelight dinner 
in the youth hostel restaurant ‘Melting Pot’ at around 8.30 pm.
 
This ‘Earth Hour’ event sends out a strong signal for 
climate and environmental protection. People in over 180 countries around the 
world switch off their lights for about an hour to raise awareness of the 
importance of environmental protection and the protection of our planet.
