Polanie Folk Dance Ensemble and the Polish Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity (Wielka Orkiestra Świątecznej Pomocy, or WOŚP) invite you to join us in this annual event dedicated to raising funds charity.  (Facebook event invitation here)

Luxembourg’s premiere Polish Folk Dance Ensemble, Polanie is a Polish folk dance group created in 2019. The ensemble was founded with the aim of presenting and cultivating the rich culture of Polish traditional dances and songs, and, most importantly, having fun!  During this event we will teach the basics of Polish folk dance, and hopefully you will decide to join our group. Despite being a Polish folk dance group, our members represent a wide range of nationalities. The only requirement is an interest towards dance! Classes are instructed in English and Polish.  If  you come, it is advisable to dress as if you were doing sports.

WOŚP is Poland's largest, non-governmental, non-profit, charity organization in Poland raising money for pediatric and elderly care, and events are held simultaneously throughout Poland and in Polish communities world-wide.   (see Wikipedia for more details)

This event is free, but donations for the WOŚP would be greatly appreciated.
