I'm looking for two people to join me in my recently-renovated apartment in the beautiful area of Rollingergrund! 2 x double bedrooms to rent 15 minutes' walk from the city centre.

Room 1: 800 EUR (p/m) (+ 30 EUR charges)

Room 2: 700 EUR (p/m) (+ 30 EUR charges)

About me? I'm your every-day young professional originally from London currently working here in Luxembourg and love it! I'm a big fan of a good night out, travelling and a nice glass of wine. I like to keep the place clean and tidy (but not in a clean-freak kinda way) and also like to have friends/family stay occasionally. Unfortunately my two current flatmates have decided to relocate elsewhere, hence the reason for the ad.

About the apartment:

Total of 71m2 with a balcony (south-facing), a private garage and shared parking area at no extra charge. Kitchen and bathroom have both been recently replaced and all windows are brand new meaning the apartment is very warm. The apartment comes partially furnished but be advised the bedrooms themselves will need to be furnished. 

Finances and small print:

- No agency fee required because you will be taking over from the current tenants. 

- A deposit of 1.650 EUR per room is required, as well as 100 EUR (per year) for the house insurance and a one-off payment of 250 EUR for the furnishings.

- A 12-month contract will need to be signed from 1 May 2020 until 30 April 2021 (there is also a possibility of moving in earlier if needed).
