We have rent this lovely house with a beautiful garden till the end of June, but we moved to the final house. Now it is empty. If you are urgently looking for a nice place, please contact me directly to ensure we can lower the rent for u if it would benefit us both. Nevertheless it is better than leaving it empty. :) 
It is 4 mins away by car from the highway, 5 mins walking distance to train station (but no noise from the train), next to the school, swimming pool, supermarket. Bakery, good restaurant.
