Fifth Clean Up Day in the Mullerthal Region - Luxembourg's Little Switzerland!

The Regional Tourist Office of the Mullerthal Region - Luxembourg's Little Switzerland has joined the World Clean Up Day for the 5th time and invites you to Hike & Clean on the hiking trails in the region.

The World Clean Up Day is on 20 September, in the Mullerthal Region the collection will take place on Saturday, 21 September. Worldwide, 19.1 million people from 211 countries are taking part in the campaign. 219,000 tons of rubbish have already been collected in this way.

Take part and win

If you would like to take part in the Clean Up Day Mëllerdall, set up your hiking group and register with the regional tourist office by emailing to info@mullerthal.lu or calling (+352) 72 04 57-1. Together we will look for the right hiking trail for your group in terms of length and condition of the trail.

Tongs and collection bags will be provided, and those who wish can bring gloves. At the end of the hike, you can hand in the collected rubbish at a collection point. The collection points are located throughout the region and can be found on the website of the Regional Tourist Office, www.mullerthal.lu.

The Clean Up Day Mëllerdall is again linked to a competition: Anyone who uploads on Instagram or Facebook a picture of themselves or their group with the filled rubbish bag and then tags the picture with @visitmullerthal can win great prizes.
